Good morning and hello to a new week and AUGUST!

Is anyone else still in shock that it is already August? Somehow with quarantine and a new baby the time has simultaneously flown by and creeped along. I can’t believe it’s already time for the NSale and although I wasn’t that excited about it last year, I must say I am a bit more impressed with the selection this year.

Just a warning, this guide will not be a list of everything that is for sale. It’s just that, a sale. I am hoping to narrow down 5-10 items in each category that I really think are good buys and/or already own and love. A lot of time some of the pricier brands release great pieces during this sale and those can be amazing!

Here is a breakdown of how your card may affect when you are able to shop:

I won’t be going into the store to do any try-on’s like last year since I haven’t been in a store in ages but will do my best to share any insight I have on the pieces. Also, in several years past Nordstrom has replenished sale items that have sold out. Sadly, for the past two or so this hasn’t happened. So, my advice would be if you really want something and are unsure on size just order what you are considering and ship back what doesn’t work. Nordstrom has free shipping and returns so it’s always easy.

I hope this list is helpful and reach out with any questions!

Obviously I am a fan of neutral options! I was actually impressed with all 6 of these and think based on budget any of them would be a good buy.

My Blank NYC moto jacket is still a staple in my wardrobe and I love the neutral options. I have owned the fitted version of this Madewell denim jacket for years and loved it so picked up the oversized version.

A few good pairs of denim I own are included: this high waist Rag & Bone pair I love the wash on, the Spanx leggings and these Mother distressed jeans! I wear TTS in them all.

This front knot top was a favorite buy for me 3 years ago and I still wear it all the time. I convinced all of my girlfriends to buy it and we constantly showed up at girl’s dinners wearing the same thing 😉 This cami is the same structure as the lace one that sold like crazy last year and I loved this print!

These leggings are one of my favorite pairs and this sweatshirt is almost identical to a favorite I snagged a few years ago!

I bought this pj set years ago during the NSale and still wear them constantly! I was also excited this brand and pj set was included because they are a new to me brand as of a few months ago and are beyond soft. I always order up in pj’s!

I tried this suede skirt on in years past and loved it but just don’t wear short skirts enough to buy it. If you are someone that does, I love the style and fit and would size up!

I can not believe my 270’s are a part of the sale and I highly recommend you jump on these if you have been wanting them. I don’t know why but this shoe is so hard to come by now and almost never goes on sale. I live in mine and they are the only thing I use to run and workout! I went 1/2 size up.

I didn’t think I was a big beauty person but I own most of these! This is the hair dryer I use and although it is a little pricey I don’t have any damage from it and love the cool setting. I know these are all things I’ve shared several times before but this sunscreen is our family go to and this makeup spray does wonders when setting and keeping my makeup on. The Silk pillowcase was my gift to myself this past Mother’s Day and I am obsessed with it. I also splurged on this almond oil several years ago and we have been addicted since. Trevor can not go a day without it especially in the winter!

I personally own almost everything I included below and highly recommend! This is the car seat Zain has used since he grew out of his infant seat and we love it. The cover is so easy to take off and throw in the wash and it’s safety ratings are great. The Stokke high chair is another one I always sings the praises of. We have used this since Zain started eating and it’s so easy to transition. We first took off the cushion, then the belt and now he just sits in it at the table with us! We invest in a new Patagonia puffer for him every year since it is thin but super warm and I generally think they run big so order his true size. Lastly, if you are looking for an Uppababy stroller this would be a great buy! We have loved ours and it has held up great over the years.

These are a few things I was personally excited about! As you can tell, I am a wireless bra girl and have heard rave reviews from so many people about this True & Co one so am ordering it and the Wacoal one to test out. I was also excited to see a Barefoot Dreams blanket included! I own 3 and this particular one in the lightest color. However, I really love this new camel color they released and trust me everyone needs this blanket in their life.

Hope this is helpful and you are all having a wonderful start to your Monday!
