Good morning! 

Thankful the weekend was jam packed and we got to enjoy a little last hurrah. It is Zain’s last day of summer before he starts Kindergarten next week and as expected I am all in my feelings. It feels like such a big step since he now will wear a uniform, carry a real backpack, and just look so darn big. Trying to sneak in a few fun experiences for him before then! 

As for today’s post, I shared a bit of my Target finds last week when Zahra and I stopped in to return something. They had some really cute fall pieces out, particularly their trousers so wanted to expand on what I found here. 

 

Button down | Trousers | Sandals

 

Oxford shirt: This is similar to my Amazon button down but love how it can feel a bit more relaxed but still work for the office. I received a lot of feedback from you all that this was a winner! I sized up to a medium because I want to pair this with jeans and trousers this fall and have a very oversized look. 

 

Wide leg trousers: Wow, these are so comfortable and cute. I feel they run TTS and would be a great work pant to have on hand. The material is so stretchy and comfortable but they feel crisp enough for the office.

 

 

 

Tank | Trousers | Heels

 

These trousers are probably my favorite find! Again, the material is so comfortable and stretchy making them perfect for the office or weekend. I cuffed the bottom and think these would work with loafers of heels and a blazer once it starts to cool down! Run TTS.

Fleece | Biker shorts | Sneakers

 

Grabbed this fleece at the last minute since I saw they had my size and love the oversized collar! Runs very roomy so I would size down, I’m in an XS.

 

You know these are my tried and true biker shorts! They run a little pricey but they are the only pair I wear and can’t be beat. Feel like bitter, high waist, and so flattering. I think the brand runs roomy so size down if in between sizes. 

 

 

 

Short Sleeve Tee | Chelsie Jean | Shearling Birkenstock

 

Loved this short sleeve tee when I saw it and thought it could be perfect with shorts now and jeans/trousers later into fall. This line usually runs small

I really like this sweater but am personally conflicted on if I’m keeping it because I don’t know if it fills a void in my personal wardrobe but I think it’s a lovely option if you are looking for a short sleeve sweater. It comes in a ton of colors and runs roomy, I sized down to an XS. 

 

Long sleeve smocked top | AGolde Lana Jean | Marc Fisher Bootie

 

I immediately snagged this top when I saw it because it reminds me so much of my ASTR the Label top I love and wore so much last fall & winter. Comes in a few colors and runs TTS – I’m in a small. 

 

Tissue turtleneck | Silk Slip Skirt | Boots

 

I love a slip skirt but sometimes feel like the fit is always off for me and it clings to my lower abdomen too much. I love the cut of this and had looked at it online several times but wasn’t sold till I saw it in person. I love how flattering the gathering is and the slit makes it. Runs TTS but if you are in between I would size down! 

 

Turtleneck | Wrap skirt | Boots

 

Okay, I saved the best for last! This wrap skirt is aces!!! I looked all last season for a mini that wasn’t too short or too tight and it was impossible. I love how this has an a-line fit and the faux wrap is adorable, it comes in several solid colors as well and runs TTS.
