Good morning!
I can’t believe it’s already Thursday and this week is seeming to fly by. I am hanging with Zain all day today and trying to sneak in a little work during nap time. His 9 month appointment is tomorrow and I am trying to give him all the snuggles today before his next round of shots.
So, I understand this may be a little delayed but I have been meaning to get this post up for a while. People often ask me what I think is ‘worth the buy’ and although I don’t usually know right away, looking back it was clear to see my most worn and used items from this past year. I thought it would be helpful to share my 10 favorite purchases of 2017.
You can see it varies from jeans to athletic wear and everything in between. I think most of these items are timeless pieces you can wear all year long and for the foreseeable future since they’re not too trendy.
Have you guys ever looked back on a year and tried to figure what you wore the most out? I don’t know why this has never occurred to me but was a good way for me to see what I may still need to invest in for the next season and what I definitely don’t need. The emphasis is mostly neutrals which I am happy about with a few fun items thrown in there like those leopard loafers!

The high waist jeans I live in! I would order a size up and prepare to fall in love.
I looked for faux leather leggings that looked quality for years and finally found these. They also have a control top waist!
I actually just recently bought anther pair of these because I wear them so often. TTS!
I wasn’t sure I needed this but it’s so versatile so I don’t regret going for it now. It’s a great light jacket!

Love how great these jeans look for the price point but they run really small so order one or two sizes up!
I hesitated buying these but they have come in so handy. The shoe itself is insanely comfortable so if this print isn’t your style check out the solid colors and other textures!
The dark jeans that will make you look like a new woman, order at least one size in these. They feel like pajamas and will be perfect this summer with slides!

I know I do not need another stripe turtleneck but I love the fit of this one!
I love that the Gibson twist front even comes in Plus Sizes!! It is on my list of favorite purchases also.
