Summer just isn’t the same without delicious desserts and having healthy options makes indulging all the more fun. Since I’m hoping to spend a ton of time outside this summer cooking out and hanging with my new little family, I thought having some easy recipes saved would be helpful!
I rounded up 8 healthy versions of some favorites and would love to hear your go to’s for BBQ’s and cookouts! These are all similar to versions of things I’ve made myself so I’m excited to try a new version. There are also several Paleo and Dairy free options in case you need that. Even though I have no issues with dairy I find it helps to give myself a break and work in a Paleo or Whole 30 recipe every now and then!
How cute and easy do these look? They take less than 10 minutes to prepare and if they taste anything like the ones I buy at Trader Joe’s I may be addicted.
So easy to throw some fruit on the grill while you’re cooking out and then top with a little ice cream, caramel and mint!
Dairy free and Paleo fudge? Yes please! These have coconut flakes on them and I think they would be delicious with a little sea salt too!
Basically a yummy chia bowl in popsicle form that you can make with everything from Almond to Coconut milk based on preference!
Give this girl a cheesecake and I may be able to eat the whole thing. I’ve made a healthy version myself before that we loved but am excited to try this vegan version!
Who doesn’t love a Samoa Girl Scout Cookie?! I can’t wait to try this Paleo version that is dairy and soy free.
