While I’m not one to usually love a ‘bow’ I couldn’t resist this Chicwish off the shoulder bow top. Despite the not great weather this past weekend (insert wind blown and gross hair due to the misting all morning) Trevor and I were determined to enjoy our Sunday. With Trevor’s residency coming to an end in the next 6 weeks (crazy, right?!) we are trying to soak up as many day dates as possible and Sunday’s have become our favorite. 

When he starts fellowship next year I’ve been told 5am to 10pm will be normal working hours and we will probably lose a lot of our quality time. So, I have been writing down every restaurant, cafe & new neighborhood we have been meaning to stop by and never made it and trying to check them off weekend by weekend. Neighborhood wandering is a favorite and it’s crazy how many new things are always popping up in Chicago. Since everything you need is right outside your door I sometimes feel like we never leave Bucktown/Wicker Park. It’s so fun to spend a warm day exploring a new area and I hope the weather starts to cooperate so we can sneak in as much fun before he starts July 1. 

Since the weather was on the cooler side I decided to pair my top with dark flares instead of cut offs. I love the high waist on these and I think a flare cut is a flattering look on any body type and encourage everyone to try it!
