How did that weekend just fly by? I was so lucky to have two of my best girlfriends fly in town for the weekend so it was mostly spent eating, drinking and laughing which is the best kind of weekend. More on the new restaurants we tried in the next life lately post because there was some good stuff! It was also a great distraction from the massive amount of work I have to get done and haven’t gotten around to. Anyone else?

For the past few weeks Zain’s sleep schedule during the day has been a but crazy. He wouldn’t nap more than like 45 minutes and then get tired again so quickly so it was a constant struggle in and out of naps and no real break in time for me to get anything meaningful done. Just in the last week he’s made a huge switch. He’s no taking two naps a day and they are each normally two hours. It’s hopefully going to be life changing for my productivity and ability to concentrate.

A few weeks ago I told my girlfriends this was going to be the year of the camel coat for me. I have been on the hunt for the perfect camel coat for years and because I intend to wear it so often I have been so picky about the style, texture and fit of it. Sadly, that has resulted in way too many purchases and returns but I am happy I finally found my happy place.

If you don’t own a camel coat, I strongly encourage you to invest in one. No matter what price point you are at they are such great wardrobe staples and dress up any and everything. Since I have been searching for so long I thought it would be the perfect time to round of some of my favorites at all price points for you guys and see if you had any favorites!
