Good morning and happy Thursday friends!
Today is Zain’s second day at his new preschool and I am thrilled with how he’s adjusting. I think having some time off in between was helpful and I’m glad this is a short week because I think he’s going to be exhausted by Friday. I am also excited because I leave for Chicago tomorrow afternoon and can NOT wait to see my girlfriends. We are taking a family trip there later in the year since Trevor has a CE course there but Kelly, Jess, Blair and I have been trying to find an open weekend to get together forever and this happened to work out at the last minute. I think Trevor is excited for a little guy’s weekend at home and his parent’s are coming in town to hang with them so I know that will be so fun for Zain.
Since August seems to be flying by and we are getting in the full fall swing, I wanted to share a few pieces I am excited about at Walmart! So, a bit of a back story about the retailer. When I was originally approached by the retailer, I passed on the opportunity thinking it wasn’t a great fit for me. I grocery shop at their Neighborhood market and own several things from their home section (all of our kitchen pulls, our bar cart I’m obsessed with and our entryway sculpture) but hadn’t forayed into their fashion. After seeing one of my favorite bloggers (Amy Jackson) wearing the prettiest linen shorts, I searched for them online and couldn’t believe they were so inexpensive and from Walmart. I immediately ordered. I was excited about how well made they were and decided to order a few more things from the site. After wearing a few pieces and shopping more frequently on Walmart for fashion, I was happy to work together when the brand reached out a second time. They carry a ton of brands I already wear and love but also have some super affordable lines of their own like Time and Tru.
Speaking of, I am in love with the leopard dress I shared on Instagram this morning and couldn’t believe it was under $30! I think the amazingly fast and free shipping, free returns and awesome prices will keep me coming back. I really tried to pull together a curated list true to my style of what I think you all could benefit from this fall so I hope it’s helpful!
Happy shopping and feel free to reach out with any questions on sizing or material. Cheers to a quick Thursday and see you in Chicago!
This post was sponsored by Walmart. As always, thank you for supporting brands that make Lows to Luxe possible!
I love the tote and the belted bag. I definitely will have to give Walmart fashion a second look.

Right? Same! They have really stepped up their game!
