What I Bought This Month

Nov 4, 2021

Good morning!

How is everyone’s week going? Having Halloween on a Sunday has made this entire week feel like a trek to get back into the swing of things for us. Anyone else?

Today’s post is a short one but I just wanted to have a landing spot for the pieces I shared in this morning’s Reel. A few new items I picked up now that it is getting chillier and the shacket I finally committed to.

BB Dakota Fawn Top (also available here)

Love this style, fit and color combo! Runs fitted, would stay TTS or if in between size up. (more BB Dakota here)

Le Specs Air Heart Sunglasses

I’ve been eyeing these for a few months and finally pulled the trigger. I own several Le Specs frames and find their quality to be amazing especially for the price. (more Le Specs here)

OPT Maxi Dress

Love these dresses so much and also own the black version! The fit is comfortable, the fabric is quality and the slit adds some sass. It’s a great silhouette to dress up or down and this style can work with everything from sneakers to boots or pumps. I’m 5’8 for reference! Runs TTS. (more OPT here)

Madewell Shirt Jacket (also available here)

The shacket I finally settled on! I actually ordered and returned a few less pricey options but I just didn’t feel like they could really work as a jacket and wanted something thick enough to do both. Something about layering an oversized plaid shirt under a giant coat didn’t seem appealing to me and this allows me to skip the coat as long as it isn’t absolutely freezing. Runs oversized, I would size down! (more Madewell here)

Free People Bodysuit

I have been looking for more long sleeve tops to wear out now that we are getting out of the house a bit more. I love the other bodysuit I have from Free People and jumped at this silhouette. The v-neck is very deep so you can either use sticky tape to close it higher or I just used a tiny pin. I love the drape through! Runs TTS. (more FP here)

Hope that answers any questions and be sure to reach out if you have others!
