Good morning! 

How is everyone doing? I can’t believe how quickly fall is flying by and we are already fully in the holiday season. I’ve mentioned this a few times prior but we are hosting Thanksgiving at our house again and I am excited about the menu. Instead of the traditional turkey, my mom is marinating several cornish hens in tandoori masala and Trevor is going to grill them on his smoker.  We will likely do the usual sides and Zain and I have big plans for some homemade rolls I saved from Half Baked Harvest! 

As you all know, we love our grocery membership and it’s how I am able to stay on top of meal planning. It cuts out the hours of having to get to the grocery, browse, checkout and make it back home which truly makes a huge difference in our weekends. I am ordering most of my Thanksgiving prep this weekend so thought I would share a little about it. 

I don’t think I have been inside a grocery store in over a year thanks to my Walmart+ membership! I have shared about the membership many times before and we are still so happy with it. They offer unlimited free delivery on fresh, high quality groceries for holiday gatherings and gifting wins all season long ($35 order minimum, restrictions apply) Aside from that amazing benefit, the prices are truly the same as seen in stores! There is no markup or hidden fees and everything you order is the same price as it would be in store which is amazing. 

I try to meal plan on Friday, place a big grocery order on Saturday and meal prep for the week a tiny bit on Sunday. What I usually run out of mid-week is fresh fruits and snacks for the kids 😉 I never want our fruit to go wasted so my Walmart+ membership lets me place another order easily mid-week for free delivery and keep our fruit bowl full. I use the Walmart app to order and it takes me under 10 minutes which is what we all need, less time grocery shopping. Our current favorites are strawberries, vine-ripe tomatoes, mangoes and mini cucumbers! They always devour them in their lunches or at dinnertime. 

A few notes about the membership:

Some other favorites we have snagged from Walmart with our Walmart+ membership are our beloved Dyson vacuum (the refurbished ones they have are great!) and our bar cart for our more formal living room, I love the antique vibe! Being a Walmart+ member also allows you to be first in line for the hottest online Black Friday deals (Not available to trial members. While supplies last.)
