we all know there is an Oaks & Derby day so we can wear two different looks, right?
i thought it would be fun to put together another look i would definitely wear to derby if i was able to make it home:/ unlike the classic look i showcased tuesday this is a bit more edgy & fashion forward & totally me!
i am currently swooning over patterned crop top & pencil skirt combo’s which i think makes the crop top trend chic and appropriate for more than just teenagers. this pattern from the milly spring collection caught my eye when it came down the runway and i love pairing it with this iridescent bag. piece that together with a killer pair of lace up heels and acrylic sunglasses & you are set to turn heads at churchill downs! for a more affordable fascinator option check out stores on etsy…there are so many handmade creations available just be sure you can get it in time.
please let me know what you’re wearing this weekend so i can vicariously experience the weekend from chicago & happy derby weekend everyone, enjoy louisville & the greatest two minutes in sports!

I can totally see you in this outfit! It is super stylin’ and gives the typical traditional derby look a bit of en edge. Love it!
