with spring hopefully around the corner (despite the snowfall yesterday & today) i was excited to visit the Garfield Conservatory and breathe some fresh air. the space is absolutely breathtaking and from the mosaic fountain to the lush greens there is no shortage of happiness.
i thought it would be the perfect place to welcome the warmer temps with this bright hued pink sheath dress. i picked this up a few years ago at Topshop and linked some almost identical ones above. the silhouette never goes out of style and i have worn it from weddings to date night and everything in between.
i’m a big fan of keeping accessories simple when i feel like the outfit says a lot and loved how minimal my nude heels were. these were definitely an investment piece although you know i found them on sale in vegas! if you ever purchase a pair i would advise to look for something with a small platform (much more comfy) and always go nude. it was his signature creation and he intended to make a women’s leg look longer & leaner and he did just that!
i hope your week’s are off to a great start!

Shaheen that dress was MADE for you! I couldn’t believe how phenomenal you looked in it — it was the perfect thing to wear in such a vibrant, flower-y space. Every outfit you post only makes me love you more, your style is so accessible. Like I can actually go replicate the outfit myself!
And those shoes have me drooling!
