These oven fajitas are the bomb.com and so easy! When prep and clean up takes little to no effort I’m all on board. Cooking when I get home from work just doesn’t make me happy but I love fresh dinners. I whipped this up last week and Trevor absolutely loved it. I of course paired it with my homemade guacamole!
Just preheat the oven to 400 degrees and chop your preferred ingredients. I used chicken, yellow pepper, red pepper & red onion. I sprayed my ingredients with my Misto (if you don’t have one you can just pour a tbsp of olive oil over them) & cover in 2 tbsp of fajita seasoning – here is my homemade one because why use those packets? Pop it in the oven in a glass dish for 15 minutes, flip everything & cook for another 15 minutes! You can add these on tacos but i just throw ours over lettuce and top with salsa and it’s so delicious.
ingredients:
1 lb thin sliced chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
let me know how you guys like it and if it helps get you through the week 🙂
