5 Must Have Shoes For Spring

Mar 24, 2016

With a new season quickly approaching I am excited to chat about these must have shoes for spring. I recently overhauled my spring shoe collection because well it needed some work. I wanted to make sure to snag the most versatile pieces that I could use all season and keep around for seasons to come. I narrowed it down to 5 shoes and these should take you through spring and summer!

1. Peep Toe Bootie

I had long debated purchasing peep toe mules over the past few seasons but something always held me back. I think the idea of having no strap in  the back made me feel less secure and I then figured I would use them less frequently. I was excited to see these peep toe booties that came in this beautiful suede neutral color. I have been wearing them with everything from jeans to dresses and haven’t found a color they don’t work with.

2. Lace Up Heel:

Granted I have been obsessing over lace up everything but I am loving the new versions of these. I snagged these & these and am a huge fan of the chunkier heel – it offers so much more support and the shorter heels are easier to walk in without making you feel like you are wearing a kitten heel.

3. High Top Sneakers:

I know high tops may not be everyone’s cup of tea but if you are debating them I say go for it. They are so affordable and it’s key to have a pair of shoes you can wear all day long and with anything! I also love my basic Nike’s so if the high tops are too much for you I suggest an all black, black & white or grey pair of Nike’s that you can throw on with just about anything!

4. Neutral Slides:

Maybe my most used and versatile summer shoe these tan & black slides have already taken me through two seasons and I plan to wear them all summer long again. I would invest in a reliable pair that is comfortable because I think you will get the most use out of them!

5. Lace Up Flats:

If lace up’s aren’t for you I would suggest investing in a fancier flat that you can pair with summer dresses and use on occasions where sneakers and slides may be too casual but you don’t want to wear heels. As specific as that sounds it’s how I feel 90% of the summer so I find myself using these and these weekly!lk bennett flats

Let me know what shoes you are loving for spring and I’ve rounded up my favorites for you at all price points above!
