How To Style Ballet Flats

Oct 10, 2022

Good morning & HELLO MONDAY!

I am thrilled to see a new fresh week and to be entering this one not frazzled and chaotic. I feel like most of the dust has settled after our return from Paris and the robbery and we are mostly just waiting for insurance things to be sorted. I promise I will share all the details of what transpired once that happens and I believe I got back to everyone that emailed about the hotel but if I missed you, just resend please!

I did quickly want to share outfit details from this morning’s Reel and a few size details in case you are shopping for these flats. I tried on my true size and a half size below and above in another shade since they didn’t have these just to be sure. The toe box on these flats is more narrow so I don’t know that I would recommend them for a wider foot. Although they may initially feel snug, these will give over time and after just a few wears already feel more worn in.

I also rounded up a few other ballet flats I own and love below in case these aren’t on your wishlist but you want to try the style out!

Crop/Straight Leg Jeans

Sweater: Mango – stay TTS | Jeans: AGolde – no stretch at all, I stayed TTS but if between sizes go up!

Wide Leg Dress Pants

Sweater: Line & Dot, similar | Pants: Banana Republic – also love these and these

Trousers

Sweater: Everlane – I always size down in their sweaters | Pants: Faherty – stay TTS, run roomy
