Good morning friends! 

How is everyone’s Monday going so far? Trevor was actually on vacation last week and we really debated squeezing in a trip to round out summer but it’s been a busy couple months and I kind of wanted to lay low. Sometimes I feel like summer’s get so busy with trips, plans and activities that it just flies by and you don’t always get to truly enjoy it. Anyone else?

We did end up visiting my in laws for a few days and seeing our new baby niece. It’s a short drive away and Zain always loves seeing his cousin who is only 10 days younger than him. We also got things done around the house and managed to relax a little. 

I wanted to say thank you to everyone that came out to the Evereve event on Saturday! We had such an amazing turnout and I am so happy that everyone enjoyed the store and found great pieces!

I finally got around to shooting this dress over the fourth of July holiday when I wore it for the millionth time. It’s a little pricier than I would normally splurge for a dress but once I tried it on, I was sold. The straps are adjustable, the midi length perfect and  the structure for flattering. I’ve dressed it up with heels for evening parties and worn it with flats for a BBQ. It comes in a few other colors but I fell in love with the red.
