Happy Monday!

I am so excited for this new week for several reasons. The first one is TREVOR IS HOME! I’m not sure why his week away seemed so long but I am so happy to have him back and Zain is elated. Second, our house if finally under way (as far as painting goes) and I am counting down the days till we move in. I know it’s our house but since we still haven’t moved in it feels like something in the abstract. I am dying to get in, get settled and spend our first of many nights there. 

We don’t have much planned for today but I am going to try to investigate some kid friendly indoor activities. If you are in Louisville and have any suggestions please send them my way! The heat is insane here and I can’t be outside with Zain for any significant amount of time and since Trevor doesn’t start work till August 1st I want to plan some fun stuff for us!

This jumpsuit (which looks just like a maxi dress) has been a seriously sound investment this summer. The top is scrunched so you don’t have to worry about fussing with your strapless bra and the bottom is so breezy and roomy it feels cool even on warm days. The straps being adjustable is a huge bonus for me since they never seem to fit me properly and I am now debating grabbing the black too!
