this dress has quickly become a weekend staple. i was a bit timid to try it at first since i’m not totally sure how i feel about cut outs but i loved the knot detail! the cut outs are so small & modest that i ended up loving it. luckily this dress is very loose making it feel more casual and day friendly. the side slits make it nice and easy to walk in all day and i was excited to pair it with this bag.

i’ve stumbled upon Violet Ray bags in Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus and always loved the clean lines not to mention the great price point. I was excited to check out their new line and had to have this bag. the shape is simple yet unique and the inside has two zippered pouches which i love.

i paired it with what i realized are the only pair of wedges i own for a casual saturday lunch al fresco. hope your week is going well & you are getting to enjoy some sunshine!
