If you followed along on my instagram & twitter this weekend you probably know I was excited to go to Lollapalooza with Sprint and couldn’t wait to pull out this dress!
Festivals are tricky because it’s so hot, you are out all day & you don’t want to wear anything tight. Cue the shift dress! This aztec print dress had gorgeous stitching around the neck that was bright and fun and I thought was perfect for lolla. The back is open at the top which is great so you can still wear a strapless bra but such a cool detail! I also loved how the white fabric has faint dots on it giving it some texture and pockets.
I paired it with these wedges (and flats in my backpack, duh) and literally had such a great time. I will admit I was hesitant to go being that I’m an old lady at heart but the day was totally whatever you made of it. The tweens were avoidable and I loved seeing live music again. Our highlight was most definitely seeing TV on the Radio! They were amazing live and Trevor and I had such a great time dancing around and singing at the top of our lungs. If you have the chance to make it to lolla in the future I would highly recommend it. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend and cheers to a productive Monday!

YES! If you go for the shows, you can avoid (most of) the tweens – and then you just boogie down to SO MANY good bands! Like TV on the Radio!!! Still jealous I missed that!!
