Good morning!

I’m excited to be partnering with Walmart today to feature their affordable and convenient options for kids gifts this holiday season! Anyone else trying to take care of their last minute shopping? No matter how far in advance I seem to organize and start I am never done in advance. Now that all of our siblings have children we have switched from buying each other gifts and just sticking to the kids. While that minimizes searching for gifts for too many people it also requires me to know what kids want these days 😉

My niece just recently had a birthday and while we were on Facetime I asked her what all the balloons were in the background and she exclaimed ‘L.O.L. DOLLS!’ I could not stop crying laughing on the phone because I realized I was now old enough to be that Aunt that had no idea what she was talking about. Every gift she showed me was L.O.L. Doll themed and I was so lost. Since she educated me, I have seen them everywhere and thankfully snagged this Lonestar doll for both girls. Let’s hope they like this one!

Tic Tac Toe

 My mom got Zain this a few months ago and at first I was worried it may not interest him but it’s probably the item we’ve played the most with. It’s under $10 and such a great toddler activity!

Kinetic Sand

We always have this on hand and this kit looks so fun! I keep ours in a bin in the closet so it doesn’t get scattered around the house and usually put down a tablecloth when we use it. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s magnetic sand that’s great for sensory play and will surely help you survive this winter inside. 

Lego’s

Always a must in our house. I snagged this set for my nephew since he is obsessed with Star Wars!

Light Up Scooter

Zain’s scooter is probably his most used item and this one has a light up feature and is so well priced. 

Basketball Hoop

I love that this could be an indoor toy in a playroom since it’s low profile and the backboard is adjustable. Under $20!
