I hope you guys all had an amazing weekend and got some much needed rest in. This fall weather has been giving me life and I am trying to soak it all in. In Chicago, we usually got one good weekend of 60-70’s and then it was straight cold. I forgot what a Louisville fall felt like and I’m trying to get out with Zain as much as I can. 

Today’s post is all about workwear and one I’m really excited about. I’ve shared about these on the blog before but am so excited to be working with Betabrand. I first discovered the brand 6 or so years ago when my sister in law gifted me a pair for Christmas. She wears them to work everyday and thought I would love them. Well, I do! 

They are basically work yoga pants that look tailored and professional while still being comfortable and a thick durable fabric. They don’t have pockets, a zipper or real button since you can slide them right on. I actually own the boot cut and straight leg options in both regular and long since it’s not everyday that I need to wear pumps. For reference, I’m 5’8 and the boot cut pair pictured is a size small in long and I’m wearing about 3 inch heels. One of the most amazing things is the price point. At $59 they rival my most affordable dress pants and last forever. 

I paired them with this new top I got in a few weeks ago and my simple black pumps. Work tops with this silhouette are always a must for me because they flatter you in the perfect places and I never feel like I’m tugging at them throughout the day. I also like the little bit of exaggeration at the shoulders.
