happy friday, it’s time to treat yourself to a new work wardrobe! my go to spot for business casual (when i muster the energy to not just wear scrubs to work) is always J.Crew Factory. i mean i love J.Crew don’t get me wrong but why would you spend more?! they key to a fun and versatile work wardrobe is mixing classic pieces with some funky ones and finding things you can layer and change out a million different ways. it’s an added plus that most of these can be turned into weekend wear because who wants to spend money on clothes you can only wear to work? not me.

depending on where you work i included some pieces on the dressier side and some more casual and definitely recommend a neutral open knit cardigan. i always seem to be hot or cold in the office so being able to wear sleeveless tops with a cardigan is already multiplying my options. these cigarette trousers are my all time favorite and work perfectly paired with flats, wedges, or pumps and can be dressed up or down.
