I know summer floral dresses may not be the most ground breaking trend but that makes it a good trend in my mind. Something that is sure to stick around is perfect to be reinvented each season in fun cuts and styles.

There is nothing easier than throwing on an easy summer dress (I just snagged this cut out one!) and flats for a barbecue or cookout with friends. Although dresses are my normal go to since it’s one easy piece you can put on and forget about I have been trying to invest in more fun summer tanks and tops I can reuse throughout other seasons with layers. This lace top is so stunning and would be perfect in the fall and winter layered with a long sweater.

I am beyond ready to enjoy a yummy cocktail in this look this weekend already! We have a big weekend planned since Trevor is graduating residency!!! His last day of work is tomorrow and I just can’t believe 5 years of hard work is finally over. I think his hardest year is still in front of him with fellowship but I’m just so insanely proud of him and I can’t wait to share some of the behind the scenes fun with you guys next week once we have fully recovered.
