Happy Saturday friends!

I think it’s been a little while since I checked in with a Weekend Steals post, things have been a bit hectic around here. We are actually in full party mode over here. Zain’s first birthday party is tomorrow (his actually birthday is the 25th) and we are praying for sunshine! Of course tomorrow is the only day on the week forecast that shows rain and his party is outside in our courtyard. Our place is pretty small and definitely can’t fit everyone so cross your fingers for me. 

After a little party prep I am headed out to meet my girlfriends for my friend Lauren’s birthday celebration. We are starting at Lagunitas Brewery which I’m so excited about, never been! After that we are grabbing dinner at The Duck Inn and I can’t wait for the food and also soaking up this time with my friends!

I’m happy to be home after my mini trip to Grand Rapids with Meijer and I can’t wait to share more about it soon. I missed Zain like crazy but it was nice to get away, catch up on some sleep and really get some work done. The weather ended up being perfect and I sat outside at Madcap coffee and worked on Wednesday with an iced cinnamon honey latte 🙂
