For the second installment of the city guide I was excited to shoot on the streets of our beautiful neighborhood. It’s charm is widespread & everywhere you turn there are beautiful facades to homes and new & old architecture side by side making it visually stunning (for me at least) Just down the block we stumbled upon this gorgeous green and copper doorway that made us all a bit giddy and was perfect for shooting.
This coat is my new everyday staple! Now that the wind has really started to cut my face I find myself bundling up for snow every time i leave the house. I love the detailing and different textures that mesh together so well in this coat. The sweater sleeves, smooth army green, and faux fur hood not only make a fun pattern but cozy coat for under $70!
I threw on my basics with it including these jeans that feel more like leggings than denim (which is amazing) The brand is a local family who has always produced quality product so I love supporting that. My favorite winter booties that go with anything and a few accesories like this Michelle Starbuck’s necklace and beanie make you are ready to take on winter while still looking put together.
If I haven’t convinced you to move here by now just wait for the last installment this week! Let’s all have a moment of silence for making it halfway through the week…after the holiday’s this week at work has seemed to be never ending!

Love the pictures! What size did you get in the jacket? And how tall are you?
thank you so much! i am wearing a size small and am 5’8 but i feel like the jacket runs small and i would have had more room for layers in a medium! hope that helps! xo
