Has anyone else noticed middle school is back? I am regretting not keeping all of my middle school favorites but I guess they wouldn’t have fit anymore anyways, womp womp. Denim skirts were definitely a fave when I was 12 years old and here I am wearing it all over again. I guess it’s true that trends come back and I can say I’m happy about this one.

I am usually not a girl for short skirts but this one from Loft is on the longer side and fits so well I love it. I think they tend to run on the bigger side but I ordered my true size! It’s so casual and I think could be perfect for festival season too. I paired it with you guessed it a stripe shirt, shocker. I had been on the hunt for a red and white stripe tee and I love how this tee had a bit of a boat neck and relaxed fit. Since I was going to be walking all day I threw on flats but this could be so cute with a pair of casual chunky heels or even silk cami and pumps for dinner out!
