Lately Trevor has been on a tequila cocktail kick so I was excited to try out a few new recipes for our holiday parties! A Grapefruit Paloma is one of my favorite drinks to order when we are in Mexico and I had fun trying new flavors!

Both of these have a fun sweet kick to them but neither was too strong – Trevor is not a fan of sweet cocktails like I am and he loved both of these. It’s always fun to make your new year’s eve party more festive with a cocktail and it’s such an easy task for the host. You can always make a bigger batch and then just serve and garnish it for people individually!

The first is a twist is on a Grapefruit Paloma – I normally find grapefruit’s too tart for my taste but enjoyed it mixed with the soda and a dash of sugar. The second is a more citrus based cocktail with a hit of rosemary that feels refreshing. I am no mixologist by any means these are just two ways I found to make a easy and yummy cocktail that doesn’t take a lot of fuss and you can impress your guests with.

Let me know your favorite holiday cocktail and what you like to serve – I’m thinking of trying a white sangria thursday! Cheers y’all!
