SHOP THE POST:
Coat: Anthropologie | Dress: Nordstrom | Boots: Coach (c/o) | Handbag: Chanel (similar) | Lip: NARS
Enter the faux fur coat of my dreams. I have been lusting after a new coat this season and hadn’t yet found one I loved. When I wandered into Anthropologie last week this Tracy Reese was just staring at me. I loved how it was over sized but still felt fitted and the sweater sleeves! The jacket has some soft sweater paneling along the side and around your wrists to keep you warm and adds a cool texture.
I loved the color palette of the faux fur so I kept the rest basic and black (my favorite) These Coach boots took some time to break in around the ankle so be warned. I think if I had been wearing them with jeans it would have never been a problem but the outer area would rub my ankle the first few times I wore them but this time it didn’t bother me at all (thank goodness because I love these things)
I met Trevor for drinks after and although he is usually not a fan of faux fur anything he really loved the colors. If you guys haven’t been to Ruxbin yet – you must! The food is incredible and the service is always impeccable. We called it an early night (like we normally do ha) and came home to finish watching Jessica Jones on Netflix, anyone else? I wasn’t super into the show when we started because something about Krysten Ritter is a little off to me but I’m hooked now.
Hope you guys have a wonderful day & stay warm!
These photos are reminding me that I need to stop by MCA this winter! Such a beautiful space. I’m also in the Jessica Jones boat with you, but I’m not sure if it is because of Krysten Ritter. I really like the story of that character!
You really do – the cafe is so perfect for lunch there too! I like the character I think it’s her mannerisms that annoy me maybe. We are going to finish it this weekend and then we should recap!
This is so glamorous! What a great outfit 🙂
