tis’ the holiday season & we must prepare our wardrobe! i was thrilled to find this midi skirt at the nordstrom rack in lincoln park & couldn’t believe they still had it online and it’s 77% off & only $18!!! you guyyysssss…i linked it above with some of my other favorites because what’s more classy to eat a ton of food in and not feel bad than a midi skirt?! i was super excited about my half top knot which trevor seemed confused about but i was totally feeling it. i realize now that i was just talking about my love for black & brown in the last post and here it is.

i decided to keep the rest of the look basic since the skirt is rather loud and i loved stacking these bracelets over my sleeve since it was fitted. i added the berry lip because its screams holidays and thought it complimented the colors well. anyone who knows me will tell you i used to be deathly afraid of lipstick. i’ve always had rather plump lips and used to hate them (ie anything that made me not look like everyone else) until i grew up a bit and began to love the things that made me different. i now hardly go anywhere without a lip color on and i love that it can speak for you.

hope you guys are getting excited for the holidays i know my christmas decorations have slowly been going up and i continually feel the urge to drink hot chocolate and listen to mariah’s christmas album.
