Good morning friends! 

How was everyone’s weekend? I fully intended on having this post up yesterday but life seemed to get away from us and I am really trying to do a better job separating work and weekend. I don’t want use to spend the weekend shooting or me being stuck behind the computer so I am trying to do a better job prioritizing and getting ahead on my content calendar which doesn’t always happen. While we are on the subject of content calendars, if there is anything you all want to see in the upcoming months and/or around the holidays please feel free to send them my way!

Although it was 90 degrees here over the weekend I know much of the country is cooling down and fall is in full swing so expect sweaters and boots from here on out. Since I am wearing my favorite species of sweaters in today’s post I thought I would round up a few others that are worth the buy for you!

I love a good mock neck sweater. Its surprising because you would think I would be scarred from those awful mock neck white turtlenecks I used to have to wear underneath my plaid jumper in grade school but nope, I love them. I think they are such a classic and chic cut and there are so many good ones available now. 

I picked this black one up just a couple months ago while I was out and about and already know it will be in heavy rotation. Since I was meeting Grace for lunch I decided to throw on my classic brown boots and my favorite blue denim.
