Good morning! 

How is everyone’s week off to? This post was supposed to go up yesterday so that should tell you how my schedule is going 😉 I meant to catch up on some work over the weekend but took advantage of the weather and spent time with the kids at the pool and outside. This week is Zain’s last week before he starts school so we are trying to soak it all up! 

In case you are new here, these posts are a fun way for me to share what some finds from around the web I found interesting as well as any random products I have been loving. 

 

 

The Last Thing He Told Me

I just finished They’ll Never Catch Us last week which was a very fun YA thriller! If you are looking for something quick that will keep you on your toes, I highly recommend. I started this on Sunday and have been dying to get back into it. So far, I’m intrigued and like the writing but will report back when I’m finished. I often get questions on when I make time for reading and I always recommend before bed! It’s the best way for me to wind down and a much better use of my time than watching TV or scrolling my phone 😉 Sometimes I only make it a page before falling asleep but I swear it is the best sleep remedy. 

 

 

High Rise Tapered Pants

I just snagged these for work last week and love them! I will try to do a try-on this week to show you a better look but snag them while they are on sale. They are high waisted, have a paperbag waist and a great crop length. I think they are easy to dress up and down and come in a million colors! I found they run big so I would size down if in between! 

 

 

White Lotus

Is anyone else watching? I had never heard of the series when Trevor suggested it but I am so invested! It is a social satire following the exploits of some interesting employees and guests at an exclusive Hawaiian resort over the span of one week. If you have access, give it a go and let me know what you think! 

 

 

A 5 Ingredient Tomato & Feta Tart

This looks like summer on a plate and I have several heirloom tomatoes in the fridge I plan on using for this!

 

 

New Balance Classic Trainers

I have been on the hunt for a chunky sneaker that is not a full on all-white Fila dad sneaker for quite some time. Sound silly but that was no easy to come by! I finally saw these while browsing Shopbop and immediately snagged them. I have already worn them several times and envision a fall of joggers and these. I think they run big so size down if in between! (more NB here)

 

 

Ear Huggies

I have been really bad about wearing earrings in my second holes because I haven’t found anything I really love. I had seen these huggies a million times and finally ordered them a few weeks ago and get the hype. They haven’t irritated my ears at all, are easy to take on and off and I just love the way they look. Plus, the $13 price tag is !
