Original post here with my recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers!
Good morning friends!
Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday! We are loading up and getting ready to head back to Louisville this morning. We had the greatest time but are very ready to be back in our home and have a little more space. It was also a great dose of seeing our friends, the city and eating some great food but a reminder why we love Louisville so much and the life we have there.
I will be sharing more on our visit next week but thought today would be perfect timing for a little recipe roundup: Thanksgiving side edition. I linked my recipe for Thanksgiving leftovers in the Crock Pot above and also have one for tiny beef pot pie’s which are delicious. This year Thanksgiving will be special because it will be the first in our new home. My brother and sister in law can’t make it in due to work so my parent’s are heading over and I am cooking for all of us. I will most definitely be taking advantage of the crock pot and baking a head of time so if you have any foolproof and easy recipes you make every year please send them my way.
The last time I hosted Thanksgiving for our families was our first year of marriage and the power went out in our building that morning so this has to go better. Here’s to hoping for a smooth car ride home with Zain and a relaxing weekend!
