Good morning friends! 

Man, many of you could tell that last week was a struggle for me personally. I think it was truly everything coming to the surface at the same time. I’ve been worn to the max between dentistry and blogging and have hit a rough patch with Zain making the days seems impossible. Combine that with a weekend of Trevor on call and I basically burst. 

I had a good cry, let myself feel all the things, escaped for lunch with a friend Friday instead of pilling one more task on my to-do list and took a long much needed breath. I am beyond thrilled for a new week and hopefully a new attitude. Sometimes I have to psych myself up and give myself some positive self-talk to get out of these funks. Thankfully, I’m feeling more rested today and am ready to tackle a less stressful schedule. 

Today’s post is a short one and I wanted to call out the pieces from this morning’s Reel with fit details! I know holiday party outfits and winter wedding guest dresses has been a FAQ around here so I was excited for this and honestly love every last piece so much. I paired each look with one of 2 shoes that I have owned for years and are my go to: Sam Edelman Yaro Sandal or the Sam Edelman Hazel Pump! What’s not to love about this dress? I wore a similar silhouette for my baby shower and I love the material they make their dresses from. It’s the best at hugging you in while still being comfortable! This dress has the option for straps, I just preferred it strapless. Runs TTS, I’m in a 2.

A great option if you have any casual events or just want to dress up a Girl’s Night Out. I’m normally not the biggest fan of sequins but I liked how tiny these were making the top feel more luxe. Runs oversized, I’m in an XS.
