who ever said you can’t wear white after labor day? not me. i’m not a fan of any of those so called rules (i love wearing black & brown together) and think you should too! fashion is all about you & having fun. enjoy dressing for yourself & don’t be shy to wear trends that may be unattractive to whomever you are into because it’s not about them. now i’m not saying every now and then i don’t wear a dress because i know trevor will love it but i trust my intuition. i always hear friends say they “can’t pull off something” but you totally CAN!

i love pairing winter whites with other neutrals like camel or grey and kind of hate that kim kardashian is doing it because it makes me not want to. aside from her monochrome is always chic and it’s so easy. pair your favorite staple wardrobe items together & it will definitely make a statement. people keep asking me about this coat and i have tried so hard to find the best price point for a similar one because this one is from high school!!! the hoarder in me is so justified these days because you can never count an old piece out. it’s getting a bit too cold for me to be baring my ankles but this was perfect for brunch with my family to celebrate my new niece leyla.

she’s literally such a miracle and seeing it first hand makes you so thankful for family and what’s really important in life. it’s sometimes hard with so much social media stimulation to step away from it but i have been trying more and more to limit time i spend on my phone and never use it around my family. i hope you guys are having a great monday & let’s all be thankful this is a three day work week!
