Happy Holidays friends! 

I recently shared a Reel with this batch cocktail from my holiday party over on Instagram and wanted a permanent home for it! I recommend making this right before your guests arrive and keeping it cold (but don’t add ice to the pitcher!) so the bubbles stay fresh. 

Ingredients:

4 cups Cranberry Pomegranate Juice – make sure this is pure juice and not a mix with added sugar!

4 cups pineapple juice

75 ml ginger ale

3 cups Vodka

juice of 1-2 limes

frozen cranberries to garnish

Directions:

Combine Cranberry juice, pineapple juice, gingerly and vodka to pitcher. Stir to combine!

Squeeze a hint of lime in each glass and add frozen cranberries and 1-2 lime slices.

Pour cocktail over garnish and serve cold!

It tastes great with or without vodka so you can always make two versions or either one. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday!
